Job Description:

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in our team, developing and implementing solutions that leverage the capabilities of Microsoft's Power Platform. Your expertise will help our clients transform their business processes, enabling them to harness data-driven insights and automate workflows.

Please be aware that at this time, salaries can only be paid in Trinidad and Tobago (TTD) Currency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps applications and Power Automate flows.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Develop and implement data models and reporting solutions using Power BI.

· Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

· Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and user experience.

· Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and team members.

· Stay updated with the latest Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.

· Document all phases of project development and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and relational databases.

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and its integration capabilities.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in developing Power Platform solutions for the Energy, Manufacturing, or Finance sectors.

· Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., C#, Python).

· Experience working with Microsoft Azure

· Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
